The finale's theme is about pride. Louise reminds them that after a physical challenge, someone will be eliminated and only three of them will compete in KL Fashion Weekend 4 months later. They meet Mitch and Christine at the gym for their last workout session.

Now, there is a gap between them.

The contestants are still discussing about non elimination week. They wish one of them was eliminated instead of going another week as Top 6. Citira is castigated for not putting her heart in the fashion challenge. She has a chance to call her husband and her children. She feels that she wants to go home, but her husband encourages her and she promises that she is going to win this competition.

The physical challenge this week is related to let go the contestants' bad habit. It is time to purge themselves. Vanessa starts to be panic and Louise notices it. Vanessa starts to cry and feels weak, but Louise encourages her until Vanessa has the strength again.

This week's theme is about endurance. The contestants get their makeovers. Citira, Jerald, Kristina and Vanessa do not have any significant makeover because they look similar like before the makeover. Chelsey gets a shorter hair, looks like a pixie cut. Matty and Shiva gets their side shaved and a shorter cut. The haircut is just their first part of the makeover.

This week's theme is commitment. The physical challenge this week is a simple relay obstacle course or also known as walk on water. Citira is mentioned by Louise to be one to beat and she is chosen to be the red team captain. Louise then asks Citira who her competitor is. Citira immediately picks Kristina their rivalry shown in the previous episode. Kristina is appointed to be the yellow team captain by Louise. Citira picks Jerald, Shiva and Vanessa respectively, while Kristina picks Matty, Rusty and Chelsey.
