Since it is super late to do recap(s) for episode 3, 4 and 5, I decided to ONLY judge their photos and tell my previous score when I voted and my recent score after seeing the close up version. I think I voted that low because I did not like Chlea, but it is slightly better in second seeing.
A few notes from episode 3 & 4 & 5 :
1. ANTM's rating increased ! Thanks to the male model who attracts more men to watch it. ANTM will NOT end in Cycle 20. I think it will be better and the rating will be higher if this season is only for male model. I think it is one of their option for Cycle 21, but there are rumors telling Cycle 21 might be the last cycle of Top Model and it will feature all winner because it is All-Star Winner Cycle. However, it is still rumor.
2. Flixel is not a good idea. I do not see the importance of the flixel. It might look funny, but this is top model. It should be HIGH FASHION. The flixel looks like GIF meme in 9gag. A big no no.
3. Romance everywhere. From Jeremy-Jourdan, Nina-Chris H, Mike-Bianca, and Phil-Jiana. It looks like Big Brother than Top Model. We see romance everyweek, or what they called as (more than) friendship. Get a room to all of you please or please edit it as a modelling competition.
4. Jourdan is overexposing her past sad stories. I am not Jourdan's hater, but it is kind of tiring to hear her unsuccessful marriage in the past. She even admitted that she did not finish her high school. No wonder, no offense.
5. I have enough with the group shot ! The first four photoshoot involves group shot. It is guys girls cycle, but it does not have to be group shot all over the cycle or most of the photoshoot in this cycle.
6. Super high social media score. It is weird because it is very rare to fans' favorite to get 7 in previous cycle, including the early favorite, Kristin and Leila and Laura. We see most of the score are more than 6. The average is 7ish. Jiana even got 9 ! We see 8 mostly from Jourdan or Nina. It is super weird.
7. The judges are not consistent. They praised contestants, but sometimes they do not get the score as great as the praise and vice versa. They also critique contestants, but most of the time, the contestants still get 7 or 8. It seems to be planned before.
Episode 6
Jourdan is very proud with her winning photo, but no one seems to care. She easily lost friends in the house, but Nina who seems to be friend of everyone in the house is invited to Tyra Suite with her. Jourdan uses her power to rule the house. She manages phone call and she does not use it wisely. She uses so much more, almost three times than the time she gives to the other contestants. It easily gets confrontation from others, especially Renee. Renee seems to be the biggest competitor for Jourdan from the beginning, but I do not think Renee is strong enough compare to Jourdan. However, Jourdan still gets her back from Jeremy.
They meet with Bryanboy and Perez Hilton in Hollywood for their challenge. The challenge is to be fashion correspondent in the street and

It is time for
Cory and Alexandra are business couple. Cory is a drag queen and he knows how to do it. He rules ! On the other hand, Alexandra is not comfortable with the role.
Marvin and Renee are surfer couple. They even tried to kiss to practice. Marvin shocks Renee with extreme kiss in the end and Renee likes it.
Phil and Jiana are preppy couple. Phil looks like a bearded barbie, while Jiana does not stand out as usual.
Chris and Nina are Hollywood couple. Nina does not look like a guy enough, while Chris is really into the character. Cory even admits that Chris H can be his drag sister.
Don and Kanani are cheerleader couple. Both of them are really into the character.
Jeremy and Jourdan are goth couple. Jourdan has not ever met gothic person and she has a hard time to get into the character.
Phil and Jiana show more-than-just-friend relationship in this episode. Jiana is even irritated when Phil shares his girlfriend story. However, Phil seems to be interested in Jiana. He tells that Jiana is the combination of three of his exes.

I decided NOT to score this commercial because I do not like it and I do not know how to score it. And, my previous score was voted based on the screen shot, not the commercial. So, it is not a valid score. They are asked to do over the top commercial. The judges laughed a lot, including Kelly who self proclaim a goth person and hardly ever smile. She even gives her first 10 in this season to Kanani. I DID NOT LAUGH AT ALL. There is nothing funny about this commercial and I think this is one of the worst theme ANTM ever made. If they want to do role reversal, they can repeat role reversal shot in Cycle 8. It is better and more high fashion than this.
