This week the contestants are going to be divided into two teams again. Ming and Rusty who struggled in last week's challenge get a chance from Louise to be team captains. Ming leads Red Team, while Rusty leads Green Team. Rusty picks Shiva, Citira, and Chelsey, while Ming picks Matty, Kristina, and Vanessa. Jerald as the MVP cannot be picked in the team.

This week's theme for the challenges is mind over body. Louise tells that athletes win because they have visualized it in their head. So, the positive mind is very important. Rusty also gives a great quote "if you don't mind, it doesn't matter". This week physical challenge is hanging out from a truss over the bridge while Jerald, Matty and Kristina are afraid of height. The contestants compete individually against their own gender to make it fair for the ladies.

The challenges this week are focusing on the contestants' confident. Chelsey, the previous MVP gets a chance to choose her teammates. Her yellow teammates are Fred, Andrew, Citira, Ming and Rusty. The rests; Vanessa, Shiva, Kristina, Jerald and Matty are the red team. Chelsey claims that she picks the stronges teammates. However, the red team turns the table in the physical challenge, while Chelsey struggles in the physical challenge. The physical challenge is to climb a waterfall wall and go down.

Fit For Fashion is the latest reality TV show that is fusing fashion and fitness. It challenges the contestants to be physically fit and has the fashion sense that matches their body. Great body does not always come with great fashion sense, right ?

This show gathers 12 contestants from all around the world to compete for a USD 100,000 prize. The judges are biggest names from both fashion and fitness background. If you like to watch fashion reality TV show, you might be familiar with Louise Roe who hosted Fashion Star Season 2 and the ex-resident photographer and judge of Asia's Next Top Model Season 1, Todd Anthony Tyler. The fitness coaches are Christine Bullock who appeared on America's Next Top Model before and Mitch Chilson who is trainer in SuperModelMe.

Hi guys, it has been a while since my latest post. Yeah, I am doing it on purpose. Honestly, I lost my faith in this season from the questionable eliminations, the postponed episodes until the unfortunate of MH370. This season started quite strong, but it finished weak. However, I thought that I need to end this seasonal recap, but I am doing it in different way. There will no full and detailed recap, but I am giving more of perspective of this season. Enjoy !
