Patricia cries when she reads Aldilla's notes. Tuti feels lonely after Aldilla's elimination and cries. Tuti feels like she is losing sisters, but she wants to keep strong. Tawan comforts Patricia and Tuti.
Cindy Mail! "Smile and maybe the world will smile back to you." The girls try to show their smile, but Tuti is insecure with her smile because she feels her lips are gone when she smiles.
The girls meet Cindy at Fox International Channel's office, the home of Asia's Next Top Model. Cindy tells the girls that modelling translates to other creative arenas and brings former reality show contestants and now actor, Tom Rodriguez. The theme for this week is dazzling smile and attraction. Tom held an impromptu acting workshop and teaches them about five types of smile which are happy smile, sad smile, jealous smile, frustate smile, and furious smile.
The challenge is to do a scene with Tom and attracts him until he smiles.

Patricia struggles in the beginning, but all of sudden she remembers her ex's joke and tries to use it to Tom. Patricia asks Tom what's the material of his skin and she says to him, "this is boyfriend material." She nails it, he smiles. Julian and May are also successful in making Tom smiles. Tuti struggles and she starts to beg instead of attracting him. She forgets about the smile thing and she gives up. Angie flirts with polar bear and break the ice joke and makes Tom smiles. Sang In also struggles and gives up, she evens says the f word. Tawan is having difficulty because Tom keeps talking, but in the end she feels the connection.
The winner of the challenge will spend a quality one on one time with Tom at ADHD restaurant South Beach. The winner is Patricia. The girls go back home and receive Close Up Diamond Attraction packages.

The girls are having dinner, while Patricia is enjoying her prize with Tom. Patricia asks the waiter to take away her food to share it with the girls back home. Patricia is back and shares her food with the girls. Cindy Mail! "Ready for your close up? Time to get a ring-ding-ding." Tuti worries and she does not want the girls to know smiling is her weakness.
The girls meet with Kelly, Yu Tsai, and the photographer, Jerry Aurum. The photoshoot is inspired by Close Up Diamond Attraction to portray a full pledge romance with Indonesian model and actor, Mike Lewis. Sang In immediately says "this week is awesome" when she sees Mike Lewis. Yu Tsai comes to Angie to start clean and fresh and to embrace the creativity.
Patricia looks awkward in the beginning. Then, she starts to do a weird dance to get energy. Mike is smiling to her and she feels the chemistry. Tawan never works with male model before and Yu Tsai feels she looks awkward, but when they look at each other, Tawan feels the chemistry. Sang In closes her eyes to think what makes her happy, but she sometimes closes for too long. Yu Tsai asks her to have fun and she finally seduces Mike.
Yu Tsai asks Angie to be closer to Mike while Angie thinks she is already close enough. All of sudden, Kelly asks Mike to grab Angie's ass. After that, Angie smiles and the awkward is gone. Kelly and Yu asks Mike to squeeze it and they all laugh. Yu Tsai feels May's pose is too normal and he asks what makes her happy. May answers beef and Yu Tsai asks her to want to "eat" Mike and shows how much he likes beef.
Julian is nervous and scared to work with Yu Tsai. Yu Tsai thinks Julian gives too model-ly pose, while Julian is scared of Yu Tsai and nervous of working with male model. Tuti struggles with her posture. Yu Tsai asks her to stay still, but she keeps moving. Yu Tsai asks her to go crazy. In the end, Tuti is disappointed with herself and cries. Kelly and Mike try to comfort her, but Yu Tsai asks Tuti to leave because they are not here to babysit. Tuti leaves the room. Tawan tries to comfort Tuti since Tuti is Tawan's closest friend.

May cries and Tuti hugs her to comfort her. Cindy tells Tuti that she starts at the top, but she stumble to the bottom and she needs to keep it up fast. Cindy tells May that she makes a history by being the youngest competitor and the first to represent Myanmar. Sang In asks May how to say "I love you" in Myanmar's language. The girls say "may-go-ma-chit-tey" together to May.
